Module concept
Solar cells are first of all produced from the about 2,000 m long CIS solar cell strips by cutting and covering with electricity conductors (grid). These solar cells have dimensions of 4 cm in width and 10 to 60 cm in length.
The solar cells are combined in an electrical serial connection to produce technically useable electricity and voltages. With our concept it is possible to build different module sizes with the same voltage (e.g. 20 V) or with the same electricity (e.g. 7 A).
The electrically connected solar cells (strings) are then transferred into solar modules in a laminating process to protect them from environmental impacts and ensure their electrical insulation.
Our concept enables modules to be produced with different measurements which we can arrange in a building block system to ensure the fullest use of roofing areas for electricity production.
