Efficiency
The solar cell’s electrical efficiency depends decisively on the quality and the efficiency of the semiconductor material.
The following table shows the efficiency parameters of our solar cells:

The numbers have been achieved with CIS solar cells in our laboratory with a surface of about 25 cm2. The best solar cells achieve an efficiency of almost 12 % on 1 cm2 of surface.
