Project phase 1, Laboratory development 2000 - 2004

The aim of the fist project phase is to test the innovative concepts on a laboratory scale and to develop flexible CIS solar cells with cost-effective processes. A CIS prototype should demonstrate the basic feasibility at the end of this development period and become the basis for transferring it into the technology.
